Provision of 250 kW Biogas Combined Heat and Power unit at a Beverage producing plant (South Africa)

Summary: 

The client requires a Biogas CHP unit that can generate a 250kW output at their beverage producing plant. They require a fully containerized unit. Client also produces their own Biogas on site. 

Solution: 

To provide for both the electrical and hot water demand, a CHP unit built with the 2G Agenitor 406 biogas engine was proposed. At the assumed site altitude, the unit will have a maximum output of 250kWe and a maximum thermal output of 245kWt. The technical details of this CHP unit can be found below in the technical
